YouTube、配信サイト、ゲーム制作、Vlog、同人作品など、さまざまな用途でご自由にご使用いただけます。
【著作権について】
本楽曲の著作権はすべて「玄鐵ゐと」に帰属します。
「著作権フリー」とは、利用者が使用料なしで自由に使用できることを意味しますが、著作権を放棄するものではありません。
【クレジット表記について】
可能であれば、クレジット（名前とYouTubeチャンネルURL）を記載していただけると嬉しいです。

【禁止事項】
以下の行為は禁止とさせていただきます：
・音源そのものの再配布・再販売（例：自身の作品として販売・公開すること）
・音源をAI学習素材やNFT等に組み込み、配布・販売すること
・著作権者を偽る行為（自作曲としての公開など）
・公序良俗に反するコンテンツでの使用
・YouTube Content IDやJASRACなどの著作権管理団体への無断登録
・「作業用BGMまとめ」など創作性のないBGM転載・再投稿
【その他】
・トラックごとに個別のライセンス申請は不要です
・編集・ループ・カットなどの加工は自由です
・本楽曲はYouTubeのContent IDには登録しておらず、著作権による自動検出や収益化ブロックが発生することはありません。ただし、著作権は著作者に帰属します。

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

・Misrepresenting authorship or publishing as original work
・Using tracks in offensive or inappropriate content
・Registering the music with YouTube Content ID, JASRAC, or any copyright management service
・Reuploading as generic “BGM compilations” without creative context
【Other Notes】
・No license requests are needed per track
・Feel free to edit, loop, or trim the music
・These tracks are not registered in YouTube Content ID. No automatic claims will occur. However, all rights remain with the original creator.
